Renfrew Trinity Church presents a concert of superb Big Band music to raise funds for the marvellous charity, “Playlist for Life”. This charity encourages families and caregivers to create a playlist of personally meaningful music on an iPod for people with dementia. The charity says that, “being able to respond to music is the one thing that dementia cannot destroy”.
Why not come along and join us at our concert, find out more about the charity and raise funds, for a very worthy cause. A representative of the charity will give a brief information session about its aims and objectives.
The music will be provided by the fabulous “That Swing Sensation” who perform dance music from the 30s, 40s, 50s and beyond!
