As you may be aware, this year is the 100th Anniversary of the ending of the First World War. The 11th November this year falls on the Sunday and, following a public consultation, the service at the Cenotaph at St. Andrews Cross (for this year only) will mark the two-minute silence at exactly 11am. To support this decision, the starting time for our Remembrance Sunday Service will be changed from 10.45am to the new time of 11.30am, and will still include an Act of Remembrance and silence.
