As you may be aware, this year is the 100th Anniversary of the ending of the First World War. The 11th November this year falls on the Sunday and, following a public consultation, the service at the Cenotaph at St. Andrews Cross (for this year only) will begin at 10.45 am and mark the two-minute silence at exactly 11 am.  To support this decision, the starting time for our All-Age Remembrance Sunday Service will be changed to the new time of 11.30am, and will still include an Act of Remembrance and silence.
